Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use AfyaFast. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AfyaFast provides general wellness information and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any fast, diet, exercise, or supplementation program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, managing a chronic condition, or taking medication.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@afyafast.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• upload malware, probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service's security or availability;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical limits;
• resell, rent, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

Paid plans are sold and fulfilled through our reseller Paddle. When you buy a subscription, your contract for the purchase is with Paddle. Payment methods, billing cycles, renewals, taxes, currency, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

If we offer you a free trial, you may be required to provide a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically and the payment method will be charged at the then-current price.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (meals, weights, mood entries, photos, journal notes, etc.). You grant AfyaFast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you and, where you enable it, to share with the household members you invite.

AfyaFast uses artificial-intelligence models (including third-party providers) to generate coaching messages, meal analyses, and forecasts. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date and must not be relied on for medical, nutritional, legal, or financial decisions without independent verification. You are responsible for your prompts, your use of any output, and for having the rights to any content you submit for analysis.

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by AfyaFast and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes.

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, put the Service or other users at risk, or violate applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time; deleting your account will remove your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfyaFast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcomes arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited.

You will indemnify and hold AfyaFast harmless from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's principal place of business, with disputes handled where practicable under local applicable law. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
