Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 21, 2026
AfyaFast is committed to making wellness accessible to everyone. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our web app and our native iOS and Android apps.
What we do
- Semantic HTML, ARIA labels on icon-only controls, and visible focus indicators.
- Keyboard navigation for every core flow (fasting, logging, billing, coach).
- Support for screen readers: VoiceOver (iOS/macOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA and JAWS (Windows).
- Respect for OS-level preferences: reduced motion, larger text, and system color scheme.
- Color contrast tuned for both light and dark surfaces.
- Native mobile apps use platform accessibility APIs (Dynamic Type on iOS, Font scaling on Android).
Known limitations
Some advanced charts and third-party embeds (Paddle checkout) may have limited screen-reader support. We provide plain-text summaries where possible and are actively improving these areas.
Report an accessibility barrier
If something isn't working for you, please tell us. Email support@afyafast.com or use our Contact page. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to fix critical issues within 30 days.
Standards and platform
This statement applies to afyafast.com and to the AfyaFast apps for iOS and Android (bundle id com.afyafast.app). The mobile apps share the same codebase as the web app via Capacitor, so accessibility improvements ship to every platform at once.
